All of us have experienced trauma during this pandemic.  We have seen things we cannot “unsee” such as illness and death from COVID, as well as racial and societal unrest and violence.  We have experienced grief due to missed graduations and funerals.   

Ellen White Hart was trained as a Social Worker and Therapist by Virginia Commonwealth University.  Professionally, she worked for VCU and MCV providing counseling services for undergraduates and medical students.  More recently, she’s been in private practice as an adolescent and family counselor in Ashland, VA.   She’s also Rev. White’s big sister!    

While her topic was a serious one, Ellen’s approach was light-hearted and engaging, utilizing illustrations from Marvel Comics Wanda Vision.  Watch the archives for a time of hope and healing!
