Adult
A variety of adult Sunday school classes are offered
year-round from 9:30 to 10:40 A.M. All ages are encouraged to shop
around to find the class that fits best. All classes study
Scripture with varying topics and study styles. Topics range from the
basics of Christian Faith, to a particular book of the Bible, to
Biblical principles for relationships and parenting. Study styles
differ in the amount of pre-class preparation, teacher presentation,
or group participation.
Our Seekers Sunday School Class study
Biblically based topics discussed in a discussion format, as opposed
to lectures. The study books used are Inter-Varsity Press publications
in the Lifeguide Bible Studies series. Topics are selected by class
members and emphasize strengthening our faith for Christian living.
Members are in all stages of faith and Biblical knowledge and range in
age from the 20s to 60s. This class has periodic social events in
homes and frequently eats meals together in local restaurants. The
Seekers meet at 9:30am in room 216.
