Missions Celebration - ONE Service at 10 am

Join us on Sunday, May 19, 2024, for a spiritually enriching day at Pender United Methodist Church as we celebrate both Pentecost and our Annual Faith Promise Missions Conference. This special day will be filled with music, messages, and inspiration.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

Handbell Prelude by the Carillon Ringers

Flag Processional: Our service will begin with an uplifting opening hymn, "We've a Story to Tell to the Nations," accompanied by a vibrant flag processional.

Missions Moment: Laura Bowers from Cru will share enlightening insights during the Missions Moment, highlighting the impact of faith in global communities.

Children’s Performance: Just before the children’s message, enjoy a heartwarming performance by the Pender Sunday School children, who will sing "Lord I Lift Your Name on High."

Children's Message: Laura Bowers will also deliver a special message to our youngest members, inspiring the next generation of faithful leaders.

Guest Speakers: We are honored to welcome David and Laura Shuping from Path International. They will discuss "The Hope and Light of Jesus Christ," echoing the theme of our Missions Conference.
